Mr. Michael R. Lastowski

Michael R. Lastowski is the managing partner of the Wilmington, Del., office of Duane Morris LLP, where he concentrates his practice on business reorganization, bankruptcy law, and related litigation and loan workouts and restructurings. He has more than 35 years of experience representing debtors in possession, chapter 11 trustees, creditors? committees and lenders in a wide range of chapter 11 reorganization cases in various jurisdictions, including Delaware, New York and Texas. Admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York, Mr. Lastowski is member of the board of directors of the Asso-\nciation of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and is the editor of the AIRA Journal. He also is also a member of the board of directors of the American Board of Certification and has been recognized as a ?Super Lawyer? in Delaware magazine for several years, as well as listed in multiple editions of Chambers USA: America?s Leading Business Lawyers. A frequent author and lecturer on bankruptcy issues, Mr. Lastowski received his undergraduate degree in 1976 from Brown University and his J.D. in 1980 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
