
Mr. Patrick P. Dinardo
Patrick P. Dinardo is a co-director in the litigation department of Sullivan & Worcester in Boston and a member of its bankruptcy/creditors' rights practice group. He has more than 30 years of experience rep- resenting debtors, creditors, creditors' committees and trustees in bankruptcy matters, as well as various parties in complex contract disputes and real estate-related litigation. He advises clients on bankruptcy and creditors' rights issues, including asset purchases in and out of bankruptcy court, and he regularly appears in state and federal court on real estate and trust disputes and other civil litigation. Mr. Dinardo is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First and Third Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Section and ABI. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Georgetown University in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1982.
