Mr. Samuel A. Schwartz
Bio
Samuel A. Schwartz is founder and principal of the Schwartz Law, PLLC in Las Vegas, Prior to starting his own firm, he practiced commercial bankruptcy law, representing debtors and creditors on a broad range of business reorganization and restructuring matters involving a variety of industries. Specifically, Mr. Schwartz represented numerous clients in chapter 11-related matters and now represents both debtors and creditors in all forms of restructuring, bankruptcy and workouts. In addition to handling all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring workouts, he worked on corporate matters, specifically acquisitions, mergers, and general corporate representation. Mr. Schwartz also handles all aspects of real estate transactions. He is admitted to practice before the Arizona, Florida, Illinois and Nevada Supreme Courts, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Arizona, the Southern District of Florida, the Northern District of Illinois and the District of Nevada. Mr. Schwartz received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1994 with honors and his J.D. in 1997 from Loyola University School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s List and the Law Journal.
