Mr. William K. Snyder

William Snyder, CTP is a partner with CR3 Partners LLC in Dallas and has executive and entrepreneurial experience spanning close to 40 years. He has restructured, managed and guided a multitude of companies in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Snyder has participated in the restructurings of hundreds of companies and has acted as a fiduciary in many cases. Prior to joining CR3 Partners, he served as a partner in several firms. Most recently, he was the Market Offering Leader for the Deloitte CorporateRestructuring Practice in the U.S. and the Americas. Mr. Snyder is speaker and presenter on a wide range of turnaround topics. He is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. Mr. Snyder received his B.S. cum laude from Texas A&M University.
