
Mr. William S. Gannon
William S. Gannon is a sole practitioner with William S. Gannon PLLC in Manchester, N.H., where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy, business law, commercial law, debtors and creditors, and lender liability. He is a member of the American and New Hampshire Bar Associations. Mr. Gannon authored "Development of Tripartite Defenses in Consumer Credit Card Transactions," Syracuse Law Review, 1974, and was a research and writing assistant for the American Law of Zoning from 1973-74. He was also an instructor in legal research and writing at Syracuse University College of Law from 1973-74. Mr. Gannon is a member of the Local Rules Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire and a frequent speaker. He was named in New Hampshire Magazine as one of the Best Attorneys in New Hampshire for 2006 and Best Attorneys in America for 2007. Mr. Gannon received his B.A. in 1970 from Colgate University and his J.D. from Syracuse University School of Law, where he was a membr of the Order of the Coif and the Justinian Honor Society, and was an editor for the Syracuse Law Review from 1973-74.
