Mrs. Leslie Brodhead Griffith

Leslie Brodhead Griffith has served as the staff attorney for the Office of the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Wisconsin in Madison since 1990 and has served as the staff attorney for the Standing Chapter 12 Trustee since 2011. She prepares files for court hearings and ¤ 341 meet- ings, is responsible for day-to-day review of debtor files regarding means test calculations, plan feasibil- ity and implementation, creditor inquiries and claim review, and exemption review/objection. She also participates in the administration of the trustee's office. Ms. Griffith has been a case reporter for the Wisconsin State Bar's Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors'Rights Newsletter, was secretary of the Dane County Bar Association, and has been a contributing author for Thomson Reuters. She has also been a panel member for numerous bankruptcy seminars since 1990. Ms. Griffith received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
