
Ms. Adelaide Maudsley
Adelaide Maudsley is senior vice president and chief credit officer with People?s Intermountain Bank in Salt Lake City. Previously, she was a shareholder with Kirton McConkie PC, where her practice focused on the representation of regional and national banks, secured creditors, franchisors, finance companies, equipment lessors, contracting parties and other types of creditors in workout, restructuring,\nreceivership, collection and bankruptcy-related matters. She also represented corporate clients in general commercial litigation matters and financial institutions in asset-securitization default and workout matters. Before that, she was a partner in the Special Litigation, Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group of Chapman and Cutler LLP. Ms. Maudsley has been an adjunct professor for bankruptcy courses at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where she having taught since 2008. She clerked for Hon. Nancy C. Dreher, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Minnesota and member of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Eighth Circuit, from 2000-01. Recognized as a ?Utah Legal Elite?\nin Utah Business Magazine (2012), Ms. Maudsley received her B.A. summa cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College and her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she was managing editor of the Utah Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.
