
Ms. Allison R. Bach
Allison R. Bach is a member of Dickinson Wright PLLC in Detroit, where she advises and represents companies and lenders in out-of-court workouts and restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings and distressed M&A transactions. She was one of Dickinson Wright attorneys representing the State of Michigan during the historic City of Detroit bankruptcy case, including being part of the team that negotiated and drafted the ?Grand Bargain? that was instrumental in Detroit?s restructuring, and she continues to advise the Detroit Financial Review Commission post-bankruptcy. Additionally, she represented the Ad Hoc Consortium of Consignment Vendors in the Family Christian Stores chapter 11 bankruptcy case and has represented secured lenders in numerous bankruptcy\ncourt proceedings, including cash collateral DIP financing, relief from stay and contested confirmation hearings. Ms. Bach has been recognized in Super Lawyers (2010-17) and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Federal Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association.\nShe received her B.A. from the University of Michigan, her M.S. from Cleveland State University Levin College of Urban Affairs, and her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.\n
