Ms. Amy A. Aronson

Amy A. Aronson is a partner and owner of the firm Aronson & Walsh, P.C. in Vernon Hills, Ill., where she specializes in creditors' rights in consumer bankruptcy cases. After graduation from law school until mid-1996, she represented hundreds of individuals who required bankruptcy relief. After 1996, she began representing creditors. In December 1998, Ms. Aronson co-opened the firm of Aronson & Walsh, P.C., and she simultaneously became associated with the law firm of McCalla Raymer Pierce, LLC in Chicago, where she still maintains a position. Over the last several years, she has spoken with the Illinois Continuing Legal Education, the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Aronson received her Bachelor's degree in 1987 in government/political science from Lawrence University and her J.D. in 1991 from Drake University, during which time she interned in Baltimore for District Court Judge Howard and assisted in the review of several bankruptcy court appeals.
