Ms. Anne B. Miller

Anne B. Miller is a partner in the law firm of Fishman Miller PC, located in the Chicago suburbs in Lake in the Hills, Ill. She has extensive experience in all aspects of fiduciary services, including complex claims reconciliation, with specific expertise in resolving tax and medical-provider claims. She has man- aged the claims-reconciliation process for a large New York hospital, as well as a national supermarket chain. Her avoidance action experience includes successfully negotiating the resolution of a number of actions for an auto industry manufacturer, national airline and a grocery store chain. In addition to her law practice Ms. Miller has mediated hundreds of matters from very simple disputes to highly complex matters. Since 2005, she has been on the board of directors of nonprofit JourneyCare Hospice, which recently merged with two other hospice organizations to form one of the largest nonprofit hospices in the country. Ms. Miller received her B.A. and J.D. in 1999 from DePaul University and her Certificate in Mediation in 2002, also from DePaul University.
