Ms. Barbara Cashman

Barbara Cashman is a sole practitioner with The Law Office of Barbara Cashman, LLC in Centennial, Colo., where she focuses on estate and life planning, elder law and probate matters, as well as trans- actional and litigation work. She is a member of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Women's Estate Planning Council, as well as a mentor in the Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program. Prior to opening her solo practice, Ms. Cashman worked as a permanent law clerk for three different judges at the U.S. District Court of Colorado. She is a trained mediator and facilitator, as well as a weekly blogger on her website, and is a founder of and contributor to the Colorado Bar Association's blog. Ms. Cashman received her M.A. in international studies from the University of Denver and her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1989, where she was editor-in-chief of the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy.
