Ms. Colette Wilkins

Colette Wilkins is a partner with Walkers in the Cayman Islands, where she specializes in insolvency and commercial litigation, having practised as a barrister from chancery/commercial chambers in Lon- don for 15 years before being admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2005. She has extensive experience in high-value and cross-border litigation and insolvency work, and has appeared in many leading cases. Since 2009, Ms. Wilkins has been commended in leading legal directories and is the Cay- man Islands representative for Fraudnet. In 2013, she was listed among the 10 most highly regarded individuals in The International Who's Who of Asset Recovery Lawyers, and in December 2014 she was named Cayman Islands lawyer of the year by the Cayman Islands Restructuring and Insolvency Special- ists Association (RISA). Ms. Wilkins received her Honors Degree in history and her Diploma in Law from the City University in London.
