Ms. Elizabeth Rose Loveridge

Elizabeth R. Loveridge is a shareholder with Strong & Hanni in Salt Lake City and has spent the past 27 years developing an expertise focused on bankruptcy and insolvency law, creditor/debtor rights and financial restructuring. She also has served as a panel chapter 7 trustee for the District of Utah since 1998, and has served as chapter 11 trustee and unsecured creditors? committee counsel. Ms. Loveridge has represented commercial and individual debtors and creditors in chapter 11, 7 and 13 cases, and has recently focused on out-of-court workouts and insolvency restructuring. She has spoken and written\nabout all aspects of bankruptcy law, and most recently spoke about the interplay between state court law\nand bankruptcy law at the 2018 Utah State District Court Judges Conference. Ms. Loveridge is the former chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Utah State Bar and a former trustee of the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Form. She received her undergraduate degree from Utah State University and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
