
Ms. Gayle P. Ehrlich
Gayle P. Ehrlich is a partner with Pierce Atwood LLP in Boston, where she provides business counsel in the areas of litigation, commercial law, restructurings and receiverships throughout the U.S. She often represents clients involved in financially distressed situations, representing creditors, debtors, sellers or buyers of businesses. Ms. Ehrlich previously served as law clerk to Bankruptcy Judge Harold Lavien from 1985-87). Ms. Ehrlich was the corporate secretary and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Turnaround Management Association from 2006-08, rejoining the Executive Commit- tee for 2010. She was also president of TMA Northeast from 2003-05. Ms. Ehrlich has been listed in Chambers USA as a Leading Lawyer in Bankruptcy/Restructuring, for 2010-14, in Massachusetts Super Lawyers from 2004-10 and from 2013-15 for Bankruptcy and Business Litigation, and as a Charter Fel- low of the Litigation Counsel of America. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island. Ms. Ehrlich received her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College in 1981 and her J.D. from Cardozo School of Law in 1985.
