Ms. Monica Clark

Monica Clark is Of Counsel with the Minneapolis office of the Dorsey & Whitney LLP and has 20 years of experience representing secured and unsecured lenders, creditors' committees and asset-pur- chasers. Her clients include Canon U.S.A., Inc., Caterpillar Financial Services Corp., Imation and U.S. Bank National Association. In addition, Ms. Clark has taught legal writing at the University of Min- nesota Law School, and she has extensive experience representing, on a pro bono basis, individuals in bankruptcy cases, particularly debtors seeking to discharge their student loans. Ms. Clark is a member of the Minnesota Network of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and of TMA. Prior to practicing law, she clerked for Hon. Robert J. Kressel, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Minnesota and for the Eighth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Ms. Clark received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Iowa, and her Master's in English from the Uni- versity of Virginia.
