Ms. Nancy D. Miller

Nancy D. Miller is Of Counsel with Nemirow Perez, P.C. in Lakewood, Colo., where she represents individuals and businesses, debtors, creditors and third parties in the areas of commercial litigation, chapter 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15 bankruptcies, assignments for the benefit of creditors, dissolution and workouts, real estate litigation and transactions, and the defense of professionals in professional liability litigation. Ms. Miller is a member of the Denver, Boulder and Colorado Bar Associations, the Faculty of Federal Advocates and ABI. She has been recognized in Colorado Super Lawyers in the areas of Credi- tor and Debtor Rights and as a Founding Mother of the Colorado Women's Bar Association. Ms. Miller authored "Collections and Bankruptcy," Chapter 43 in Grund and Miller's Colorado Personal Injury Practice Torts and Insurance, Vol. 8. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from Carleton College and her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
