Ms. Suzanne B. Roski

Suzanne B. Roski, CPA, CIRA, CDBV is a senior managing director and partner at CR3 Partners in Richmond, Va., and has nearly 40 years of professional experience with 25 of it providing troubled company, litigation, forensic investigation and valuation consulting. She has assisted debtors, secured lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, individual creditors, and trustees in chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Roski also has served as a fiduciary in various roles, including CRO, liquidating trustee and receiver. Prior to consulting, she held executive positions in public and private companies primarily in operating finance and controller roles. Ms. Roski is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and a member of ABI and the Turnaround Management Association. She also is a member, former board member and Distinguished Fellow of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors. Ms. Roski volunteers with the Credit Abuse Resistance Education program and serves on the board of Boots to Suits, a nonprofit organization that help military personnel transition to civilian careers. She received her B.S. in business administration with an accounting major from the University of Richmond and her M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
