Nicholas Fox
Bio
Nicholas Fox is a partner and the practice leader of the Litigation and Insolvency team at Mourant Ozannes (Cayman) LLP in Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. He joined Mourant in 2010 and has more than 15 years of experience of litigation in the Cayman Islands and BVI. Before joining Mourant, Mr. Fox worked at another leading offshore law firm. Prior to that, he spent more than five years practicing at the London Bar. Mr. Fox has experience in commercial litigation, fraud and asset-tracing, private wealth disputes, fintech/cryptocurrency disputes, insolvency and financial services litigation, as well as regulatory matters. He received his M.A. in law from the University of Oxford.
