Peter T. Nowak
Bio
Peter T. Nowak is an associate in the Oshkosh, Wis., office of Swanson Sweet LLP and is a member of the firm’s bankruptcy group. He represents individuals and businesses in restructurings, financial reorganization, receiverships, bankruptcy, and other debt-adjustment strategies. Mr. Nowak’s practice also focuses on litigation, including representing both trustees and defendants in preference and fraudulent transfer disputes. He received his B.A. in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. in 2020 from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
