Ruth Haggi Huerta Garcia

Hon. Ruth Haggi Huerta García is a District Judge of the Second District Court for Commercial Insolvency Matters in Mexico City. She has extensive experience within Mexico’s Federal Judiciary, having served in numerous judicial positions before becoming a district judge. Judge García holds a law degree from Universidad Contemporánea and a specialization in labor law and labor justice from the Federal Judicial Training School. Her professional training also includes commercial insolvency, civil and commercial law, judicial ethics and administrative law.
