Ryan M. Borden, Esq.

Ryan M. Borden is an attorney with Ford, McDonald & Borden, P.A. in Manchester, N.H., where he focuses on representing trustees, creditors and debtors in chapter 7, 13 and 11 cases. His practice also involves representing clients in all aspects of corporate law, landlord/tenant law, collections and commercial litigation. Mr. Borden’s foreclosure practice has concentrated on their presentation of creditors within the state of New Hampshire. Before practicing law, he spent almost a decade in the construction industry, managing every facet of construction projects. Mr. Borden is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, ABI, and the American Inns of Court - Charles C. Doe Chapter. He received his B.A. in justice in 2008 from American University and his J.D. in 2014 from the University of New Hampshire Law School.
