Sasha M. Gurvitz

Sasha Gurvitz is a restructuring parter at KTBS Law LLP. Sasha has represented clients as restructuring counsel in a variety of roles, both out of court and in chapter 11 cases in Delaware, Texas, New York, California, Nevada, and Indiana. Sasha has represented chapter 11 debtors in numerous mid-market Delaware bankruptcy cases. Sasha’s chapter 11 practice has recently been focused on mass tort, abuse, real estate, hospital, retail, and restaurant cases. Sasha serves as official committee counsel in the bankruptcy case of the Roman Catholic Bishop of San Diego and previously served as official committee counsel in 3M’s mass tort bankruptcy case, In re Aearo Technologies. Sasha has also represented the interests of sex abuse survivors in the Boy Scouts and USA Gymnastics bankruptcy cases. Sasha is honored to have been ranked as an Up and Coming Bankruptcy/Restructuring Attorney by Chambers and Partners USA Guide for 2025 and to have been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years 2019 through 2026.
