Bio
Steffani M. Pelton is an associate at Madoff & Khoury LLP in Foxboro, Mass., where her practice focuses on advising clients regarding personal and business bankruptcy law. She also serves as counsel to David B. Madoff in his capacities as both a chapter 7 trustee and a subchapter V trustee for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Pelton routinely handles all aspects of bankruptcy-related litigation. She received her B.A. in 2003 from Kent State University and her J.D. in 2006 from Suffolk University Law School.
