Steven Adler
Bio
Steven D. Adler is counsel in Bayard P.A.’s Business Bankruptcy and Restructuring group in Wilmington, Del., and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. He has represented corporate debtors, official committees, creditors, lenders, asset-purchasers and other significant parties in interest in various bankruptcy court proceedings and out-of-court restructurings and dissolutions. He also has experience handling commercial and corporate litigation matters. Prior to joining Bayard, Mr. Adler pursued his practice for several years in the Delaware office of an international law firm. He received his B.S. in finance cum laude from the University of Delaware in 2010, and his J.D. cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, during which he served as a judicial intern to Hon. Mary Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and as the lead research editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal. Prior to law school, Mr. Adler worked in the banking and finance industry.
