Thomas B. Humphries
Bio
Thomas B. Humphries is a partner with Christian & Small LLP in the firm’s Birmingham, Ala., office and is a member of its Bankruptcy & Restructuring and Business Services & Commercial Litigation practice groups. He represents creditors, debtors, bankruptcy trustees and other commercial litigants in state and federal courts in Alabama and neighboring states. Mr. Humphries covers most issues that regularly arise in chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. In addition to his bankruptcy work, he represents lenders, mortgage-servicers, and commercial and residential landlords. Mr. Humphries received his B.S.Ed. cum laude in 2004 from the University of Georgia and his J.D. in 2010 from the University of Alabama School of Law.
