Turner Falk

Turner N. Falk is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group at Saul Ewing LLP in Philadelphia, where he assists debtors, creditors, committees and trustees in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy litigation, including preference prosecution and defense, claims litigation, lien challenges and fiduciary claims. In his spare time, Mr. Falk litigates deed fraud cases pro bono, securing clear title for low-income Philadelphians. He received his B.A. in 2010 from Wesleyan University and his J.D. in 2014 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law & Commerce.
