Tyler Rives

C. Tyler Rives is a managing director at Pivotal Group, Inc. in Phoenix, where he leads the firm’s private credit and private-equity investments. He joined Pivotal Group in 2017 as vice president and was promoted to managing director in 2021. Mr. Rives brings more than 15 years of experience in investment management, lending and finance. Before joining Pivotal Group, he held leadership and investment roles at Silicon Valley Bank and CTR Capital, where he focused on middle-market lending and managed a substantial investment portfolio. He has also served on the boards of several companies, including SnapNurse and GlobalMeet. Mr. Rives received his B.S. in in finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
