Bio
Venice J. Gamble is a senior turnaround advisor with Moglia Advisors in Schaumburg, Ill., where he provides corporate restructuring services, insolvency and fraud investigation advisory, special situations M&A advisory, and expert witness services. He is a business advisor and turnaround specialist with nearly 20 years of experience delivering strategic solutions for distressed and middle-market companies. His work includes corporate restructuring, turnaround engagements, mergers and acquisitions, asset-disposition, valuation, litigation support, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management. Mr. Gamble has advised companies, fiduciaries, creditors and other stakeholders across a broad range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, food and beverage processing, amusement and entertainment, transportation, healthcare, digital assets and intellectual property. He has guided organizations through periods of distress and instability by helping stabilize operations, preserve enterprise value, and position businesses for sustainable growth. In addition to his restructuring and advisory work, Mr. Gamble has experience in labor-related compliance matters, including work with SAG-AFTRA as a compliance auditor supporting the enforcement of collective bargaining agreement terms on behalf of union members. This experience complements his broader background in legal review, contract analysis, regulatory compliance, investigations, and stakeholder-focused advisory work. He is an active member of ABI and the California Bankruptcy Forum, where he sits on the board of the Inland Empire chapter. Outside of his practice, Mr. Gamble volunteers with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Los Angeles and San Bernardino, coaching high school mock trial teams through Teach Democracy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting civic learning and constitutional literacy, and nonprofit organizations focused on youth advocacy, the arts, and financial security in urban and under-represented areas. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York, Brockport and his J.D. from the American College of Law.
