Vernae Jones-Seals, CCMP, CEDFP is CEO and managing principal of OneSource Consulting, LLC in Washington, D.C., where she focuses on delivering business, financial and technical services and solutions. She develops best practices and roadmaps to help clients successfully navigate through change management inherent with digital transformation, with a specific focus on the integration of strategic planning, business process improvements, technology integration and risk mitigation. Ms. Jones-Seals has held business-management positions at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. She is a CertifiedChange Management Professional, Certified Economic Development Professional, CFO, systems integrated consultant and business operations manager. Ms. Jones-Seals specializes in professional services organizations, health care organizations, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and architectural, engineering and construction firms. She is a member of the BDO USA Alliance and Alliance PartnersAdvisory Council (APAC), Prosci’s Change Management Professionals, American Institute of CertifiedPublic Accountant and the National Development Council. Ms. Jones-Seals received both her B.S. in finance and accounting and her M.B.A. from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School ofBusiness.
