Mr. Matthew A. Feldman

Matthew A. Feldman is a partner and co-chair of the Business Reorganization and Restructuring De- partment of Wilkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York and serves on the firm's executive committee. His practice focuses on debtors, creditors, investors, lenders and committees. Mr. Feldman has been involved in a number of chapter 11 cases and non-judicial restructurings, in both U.S. and cross-border matters. He also served as chief legal advisor to the Obama administration's Task Force on the Auto In- dustry in 2009, receiving the "Secretary's Honor Award" from Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner for his "distinguished service to the American people as the Chief Legal Advisor to the Department of Trea- sury Auto Team." Mr. Feldman has been recognized in the Financial Times' "U.S. Innovative Lawyers of 2010" report, in Turnarounds & Workouts "Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers" for 2009 and as a "Litigation Star" in Benchmark Litigation for 2013. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of Massachusetts. He is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and sits on the boards of Her Justice, a provider of legal services to women and children in New York City, and the Institute for Policy Integrity at New York University School of Law. Mr. Feldman received his B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1985 and his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1988.
