Mr. Keith D. Lowey

Keith D. Lowey, CPA, CFF, CIRA is a principal of Verdolino & Lowey, P.C. in Foxboro, Mass., and has extensive experience in accounting, insolvency matters, tax and business transactions, and busi- ness advisory services. He has also been engaged regularly as an interim CEO/CFO, fiduciary, financial advisor, bankruptcy estate representative, trustee, debtor's and committee's accountant in hundreds of chapter 7 and 11 cases, and as a chapter 11 examiner and investigator and expert in connection with complex business litigation. He is also experienced in family office settings and has been instrumental in the firm's evolution into customized services for high-net-worth families and individuals, as well as in campaign finance reporting. Mr. Lowey has co-authored many articles and is a regular speaker at seminars on bankruptcy and financial reporting. Prior to joining Verdolino & Lowey, has was the controller and CFO of Stadium Management Corp. (Sullivan Stadium), including throughout its highly- publicized bankruptcy case, and was responsible for all financial aspects of the company and its multiple subsidiaries. He was also employed earlier by Arthur Andersen & Co. as a senior auditor, where he was responsible for planning, administering and executing financial statement audits and special projects for medium-sized and large companies. Mr. Lowey is a licensed CPA in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. He received his B.S. in accountancy from Bentley College in 1983.
