Mr. Kenneth S. Leonetti

Kenneth S. Leonetti is a partner at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston, where he is co-chair of its bankruptcy and restructuring practice and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. His bankruptcy practice spans all phases of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy-related litigation, with extensive experience in the technology and life sciences industries. Mr. Leonetti represents debtors, creditor committees, secured creditors and third parties in restructurings, workouts, liquidations and adversary proceedings, both within and outside of formal bankruptcy proceedings, and routinely works with venture-backed companies and their investors in distressed situations. He also has particular expertise in intellectual property issues, and regularly represents clients in bankruptcy-related intellectual property litigation and in acquiring technology-related assets from insolvent entities.
