
Mr. Allan D. NewDelman
Allan D. NewDelman is a sole practitioner with the Law Office of Allan D. NewDelman, P.C. in Phoenix, where his practice focuses on debtor representation under chapters 7, 11 and 13. He represent clients in all aspects of their bankruptcies, including claims disputes, adversarial matters and plans of reorganization. Mr. NewDelman has been an attorney for more than 30 years and also works with clients to negotiate settlements with creditors in appropriate cases. He is admitted to the Illinois and Arizona StateBars, the U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts for the District of Arizona, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. He received his undergraduate degree from the University ofIllinois in 1969 and his J.D. from DePaul University in 1974.
