
Mr. Henry Clay Shelton
Henry C. ?Hank? Shelton, III is a partner with Adams and Reese LLP in its Memphis, Tenn., office and leads the firm?s Commercial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Team. He focuses on business litigation and bankruptcy, as well as workouts and reorganizations, and he advises businesses in the Southeast in company reorganizations with and without recourse to the courts, having represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. In addition, he assists banks and other financial institutions in maximizing the value of distressed assets. Mr. Shelton is a life member of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference, a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a member of the Tennessee Turnaround Management Association, and a former director of the Mid-SouthCommercial Law Institute. He is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and American Bar Associations.
