Mr. Felton E. Parrish

Felton E. Parrish is a restructuring and finance partner in the Charlotte, N.C., office of Winston & Strawn LLP and has extensive experience in complex chapter 11 bankruptcies and insolvency-related litigation. He has represented debtors, creditors, DIP financing lenders, and both purchasers and sellers in ¤ 363 sale transactions. Mr. Parrish also represents lenders in connection with the documentation, re- structuring and enforcement of debt obligations. He typically handles complicated intercreditor issues, and has experience negotiating intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, and agreements among lenders in unitranche financings. Mr. Parrish is currently assisting with the representation of the court-appointed examiner in the bankruptcy case of Caesars Entertainment Operating Company Inc., and he is representing the DIP lender in the bankruptcy case of PTC Seamless Inc., pending in the West- ern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Parrish is a frequent author on finance and restructuring issues. He has contributed numerous articles to the ABI Journal and is the co-author of the chapter entitled "Sales of Assets Under Section 363" in Collier Guide to Chapter 11: Key Topics and Selected Industries (Lex- isNexis, 2010). Mr. Parrish received his B.S. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wake Forest University, and his J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
