Kenneth S. Ziman is a managing director in the Global Restructuring Group of Lazard in New York.He previously spent more than 25 years as a corporate restructuring lawyer, most recently as the deputy practice leader with Skadden Arps? corporate restructuring practice. Before that, he was a partner withSimpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Mr. Ziman has regularly represented debtors, individual creditors, official creditors? committees, unofficial bondholder committees, and other parties in interest in numerous in-court and out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations involving companies in multiple industries, including those of PG&E Corp., Takata Corp., Cobalt International Energy Inc., Toys ?R?
