Ms. Patricia Antonelli

Patricia Antonelli is a partner with Partridge Snow & Hahn, LLP in Providence, R.I., and a mem- ber of the firm's Mortgage Banking Consumer Finance Practice, Commercial Restructure and As- set Recovery Groups. She advises both bank and non-bank financial institutions on all aspects of federal, Massachusetts and Rhode Island regulatory compliance consumer finance matters. She also represents mortgage-holders, loan servicers, bondholders and trade creditors in bankruptcy, receivership and insolvency actions. Ms. Antonelli is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a member of the Boston Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Section, ABI, the Turnaround Management Association and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She is also a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Associations. Ms. Antonelli is a frequent speaker and author of consumer compliance, mortgage banking, foreclosure and bankruptcy topics, and she has been an instructor of federal and state law and regulatory topics for the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association's loan officer licensing program. She is Board Certified in Creditors' Rights Law by the American Board of Certification. Ms. Antonelli graduated from Boston College in 1986 and received her J.D. from Suffolk Univer- sity Law School in 1989.
