
Mr. Charles A. Postler
Charles A. Postler is a partner with Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, P.A. in Tampa, Fla., where he handles large and complex business transactions. Much of his practice is devoted to the representa- tion of parties buying or selling operating companies or other significant assets through asset-purchase agreements or stock-purchase agreements. Mr. Postler has represented parties in sale and purchase or financing transactions in a wide variety of matters, including the sale or acquisition of public companies and billion-dollar multinational commercial enterprises to luxury resorts and real estate projects. In the chapter 11 context, he routinely handles the drafting of plans of reorganization and disclosure statements in many of the firm's largest cases, as well as transactional documents, debtor-in-possession financing documents and plan-confirmation funding documents. Mr. Postler has taken the lead in the representa- tion of numerous large, publicly traded and private companies in successful chapter 11 cases. Previously, he was with Fowler, White, Gillen, Boggs, Villareal and Banker, P.A. in Tampa, where he specialized in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporation and banking law. Mr. Postler received his J.D. in 1984 from the University of Florida.
