Ms. Keri Wintle Costello

Keri Wintle Costello is a member of Sullivan & Worcester's Bankruptcy practice group in the New York City office. Keri has represented stakeholders in a broad range of bankruptcy matters and related litigation. Keri is experienced in negotiating workouts, structuring commercial foreclosures and UCC sales, and enforcing creditor rights in connection with defaulted mortgages and other secured instruments. Ms. Costello received her undergraduate degree from Saint Michael's College in Burlington, Vt., and her J.D. cum laude from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Mass., where she was assistant managing editor of the Western New England Law Review.
