Mr. Andrew W. Muller

Andrew W. Muller is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Division of Stinson Leonard Street LLP in Kansas City, Mo., and has represented banks and other lenders as creditors in bankruptcy cases and as plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation. He has experience representing clients with loan issues and problem loans, including drafting workout agreements, filing suits when appropriate and defending against lender-liability lawsuits. He has also represented lenders in multiple types of lawsuits in addition to borrower disputes, including check-fraud cases, wrongful-foreclosure cases, and Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Reg. B, Truth in Lending, Regulation X, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cases. Mr. Muller currently serves on the board of the Kansas City Bank- ruptcy Bar Association and previously clerked for Hon. Gary A. Fenner. He received his B.A. magna cum laude in English and political science in 1999 from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. summa cum laude from Creighton University in 2002.
