Ms. Maria Gotsis

Maria Gotsis is a staff attorney for the Standing Chapter 3 Trustee Krispen S. Carroll in Detroit. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Michigan, as well as in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. From 2004-06, Ms. Gotsis repre- sented consumer debtors prior to becoming a staff attorney for the chapter 13 trustee. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. Ms. Gotsis received her B.A. in politi- cal science from Boston University in 1996, her M.P.A. from American University in 1998 and her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2003.
