He has experience representing and advising companies, buyers, boards, investors and lenders in all aspects of distressed and insolvency situations.Mr. Sathy has been selected by Chambers USA as one of America?s Leading Lawyers for Business inBankruptcy/Restructuring every year since 2005, and he recently was recognized by The AmericanLawyer as a 2019 Dealmaker of the Year for his work leading a multidisciplinary team in the globalrestructuring of Seadrill Ltd.
