Mr. Kevin R. Molloy

Kevin R. Molloy is a partner with Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed and Welch LLC in Shreveport, La. Previously, he clerked for Hon. Steven V. Callaway. Mr. Molloy is certified in both Business and Con- sumer Bankruptcy Law by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association House of Delegates, a Fellow of the Louisiana and Shreveport Bar Foundations, a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association Committee on the Profession and the Henry V. Booth and Judge Henry A. Politz Inn of Court. He is a former chair of the Consumer Protection and Bankruptcy Law Sections of the Louisiana State Bar Association, chair of the Bankruptcy Advisory Commission of the Louisiana Board of Legal Specializations and a Hearing Committee chair of the Louisiana Attor- ney Disciplinary Board. Mr. Molloy received his B.S. in business administration from Louisiana Tech University and his J.D. from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Herbert Law Center, where he was president of the student body and the student member of the LSU Board of Supervisors.
