Mr. Paul J. McMahon

Paul J. McMahon is a solo practitioner in Miami focused on bankruptcy matters and has been practic- ing law for 40 years, the first 20 of which were with major law firms. He has represented clients ranging from Citibank, N.A. and Paine Webber to Vanilla Ice and Jack Abramoff. Most recently, he has been involved in the Rothstein bankruptcy, placing the Ponzi scheme's main feeder fund and its principal into involuntary bankruptcy. A member of the New Jersey and Florida Bar Associations, Mr. McMahon graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Massachusetts and received his J.D. with honors from Rutgers, after which he clerked for a superior court judge in the New Jersey Chancery Division.
