
Mr. Andrew N. Goldman
Andrew N. Goldman is co-chair of WilmerHale?s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring PracticeGroup in New York and handles bankruptcy-related litigation and corporate issues. He has practiced in the field for 27 years, and his practice includes the representation of large public-company debtors, creditors? committees, DIP lenders, acquirers and individual institutional creditors, in both out-of-court workouts and formal restructuring processes (both domestic and cross-border). Among his key clients are Walt Disney, National Holdings, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, GLAS, Euroclear Bank, CrossSound Advisors and Pennsylvania Power and Light (PPL). Mr. Goldman was named in The Best Law-yers in America for bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights law in 2020 and 2021, and he was nameda 2018 Insolvency & Restructuring ? Advisor of the Year (USA) by Finance Monthly and a leadinginsolvency and restructuring attorney in 2014 by Expert Guides. From 2012-19, Mr. Goldman was rec-ognized by Chambers USA for bankruptcy/restructuring, and he received a 2011 Top Attorneys in theNew York Metro Area award, was named one of Legal Times? Top 3% Attorneys in the United States for 2009 and named one of the world?s leading lawyers in the ninth and tenth editions of the Guide to theWorld?s Leading Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyers. Mr. Goldman guest lectures an advanced business reorganizations class at Brooklyn Law School and is a frequent lecturer on restructuring at TheUniversity of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his B.S. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in1989 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1992, where he was a notes and comments editor of theBrooklyn Journal of International Law.
