Mr. Lawrence R. Perkins

Lawrence R. Perkins is CEO and founder of SierraConstellation Partners LLC in Los Angeles and has 15 years of management consulting and advisory experience with companies undergoing transition. He has enhanced business performance for numerous companies on projects ranging from interim man- agement, profit improvement and working-capital management to strategic planning and transaction execution in a variety of industries, including automotive, consumer products, financial services, health care, manufacturing, retail, technology and telecommunications. Mr. Perkins has served in a variety of senior-level positions, including as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), principal investor, turnaround advisor, strategic consultant, investment banker, financial executive and crisis manager to numerous middle-market companies. Prior to SCP, he was senior managing director and regional leader at Con- way MacKenzie, where he was responsible for business development, marketing, staffing, and general management of the firm's presence west of the Mississippi River, and he worked for Arthur Andersen. Mr. Perkins is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. He attended Polytechnic School in Pasa- dena, Calif., for which he has served on its board of directors, and received his B.S. from the University of California and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
