Mr. Anthony Grossi

Anthony R. Grossi is a partner in the New York and Washington, D.C., offices of Sidley Austin LLP and is a member of the firm?s Restructuring group. He advises distressed companies in all aspects of chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Grossi?s experience includes top-tier large and complex chapter 11 debtor cases for both company and creditor-side representations. Prior to joining Sidley, he served as the bankruptcy counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary. He also was a partner at another global law firm in New York and Washington, D.C. Mr. Grossi received his B.A. in political science in 2003 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2009.
