Mr. John R. Lehman

John R. Lehman, II is a senior vice president of Regions Bank in Hoover, Ala., where he works as assistant general counsel assigned to support the bank's Problem Asset Management and Consumer Collections departments. His practice focuses on creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters, and his ex- perience spans the range of financial products and services, as well as a litany of associated consumer protection laws. Prior to entering the banking industry, Mr. Lehman was an associate at Burr & Forman, LLP, where he represented lenders in matters of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, foreclosures and workouts. Mr. Lehman is a decorated lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and currently serves as a detachment commander at 4th Civil Affairs Group. He received his B.S. in finance summa cum laude in 1996 from Auburn University and his J.D. from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2000.
