Mr. David Scott Weidenbaum

David S. Weidenbaum has been a trial attorney with the Office of the U.S. Trustee in Atlanta since2006. Previously, he clerked for Bankruptcy Judge Mary Grace Diehl in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia from 2004-06, represented chapter 13 trustees from 1999 -2003, and was in private practice from 1998-99 and 2003-04, representing debtors and creditors. Mr. Weidenbaum received his B.A. in history magna cum laude from the State University of New York atAlbany in 1993 and his J.D. from Emory Law School in 1997.
