Mr. Ashish Karandikar

Ashish Karandikar is a partner in the Services team of Apax Partners, LP in New York, where he has led and participated in a number of key deals including HUB International, TIVIT, Dealer.com and Garda. Prior to joining Apax Partners, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in its Mumbai and New York offices, where he specialized in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and financ- ing transactions and in evaluating investments in real estate. Mr. Karadikar is a qualified Chartered Ac- countant. He received his B.Com. from the University of Mumbai, where he was valedictorian of his class, and his M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago.
